摘要
本文叙述24000DWT运木/散货船的5个设计特点。针对本船短而肥胖,将浮心位置大大前移,选择适宜丰满前体的球首,选择适宜瘦削后体的尾框架和尾球,使节能装置和舵球尽量靠近螺旋桨,以及低速大直径螺旋桨的设计,从而达到减小阻力,振动小,大大提高螺旋桨效率之目的。本船只设4个大开口长货舱。且No.2和No.3货舱没有带斜板的底边舱,这点不同于现有2万吨运木船。通过破舱稳性设计优化总体布置,通过纵横混合结构的优化组合和合理采用AH32高强度钢,使本船在钢料最省的前提下,达到装运谷物、木材、煤炭、矿石、水泥和卷筒钢板等要求,适用于铲车、抓斗作业以及间隔空舱、半舱、混装等复杂工况。并设计了一套结构简单,操作迅速方便,占面积小的可倒折叠式立柱。
This paper describes five design features of a 24000 DWT log/bulk carrier. According to the short and plump hull form of the carrier, several methods are taken to reduce the resistance and vibration, as well as to promote the propeller efficiency substancially. The logitudinal center of buoyancy is moved foward greatly, a bulb bow and a slim aft-body with stern bulb are carefully selected, the energy-saving device and rudder are appropriately positioned, and also, a large diameter propeller with slow revolution speed is designed.
