New Development of IMO Conventions and CCS Rules

为促进海上人命和财产安全、保护海洋环境,国际海事组织(IMO)与国际船级社协会(IACS)近年来在不断提高船舶安全标准的同时,又加大管理的力度。中国船级社(CCS)为IACS的成员之一,已进行不懈而有效的努力,以适应国际海事发展的需要。本文主要介绍IMO/IACS近期发展趋势,以及CCS海船规范研究的新发展。

For the purpose of promoting the safety of life and property at sea and protecting the marine environment, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) are increasing the management strength in recent years simultanously with continuing the enhancement of the ship's safety standards. As one of the IACS members, China Classification Society (CCS) has made effective efforts for keeping up with development of international shipping industry. This paper mainly introduces the present development trend of IMO/IACS and the new development of the reserch of CCS rules for sea-going ships.
