摘要
互动式教学是将学生引导为积极的知识接受者同时又将教师转换成知识的多维提供者的双重理论方法,从本质上来看,互动式教学模式是符合现代教学观的。法律作为一种规则,是法学家对现实生活中人与人之间利益关系的实际内容高度抽象的结果,其高职教学如果能与互动式教学相结合,将能留给高职法学教学无限可能空间。
The interactive teaching is the dual theory approach to guide students as active recipients of knowledge but convert the teachers to provide multi-dimensional knowledge,in essence,interactive teaching model is in line with modern teaching concept.Legal as a rule,is the jurists highly abstract the actual content of interest among people in real life,and if vocational teaching can combine with interactive teaching,it will be able to leave unlimited possible space for higher vocational legal education.
