摘要
就我省非水网地区，水运管理工作进行了深入的研究调查，并根据本省实际，制定了许多切实可行的管理制度。
For non developed area of network of rivers,the paper discusses the management work of water transport.According to our provincial practice,some reliable and feasible management regulations are drawn up.During the process of implementing the regulations,experiences are concluded constantly and effects are achieved.
