摘要
介绍了我省交通系统首家改制企业１年来的新变化，通过抓转变观念、经营机制、资产盘活、企业管理等一系列新举措，开创了企业快速发展的崭新局面。
The paper introduced new change of Houma Transportation Group reorganization. Through a series of new measures,the Group took on new aspect. Many experiences can be as reference for other enterprises.
