摘要
以黄琼同学为例,100m 成绩12″5 提高到12″,200m 成绩26″8 提高到25″6 ,谈普通高校短跑训练的一些体会。短跑是典型的高强度无氧代谢极限速度性项目,速度、快速力量和速度耐力是短跑不可缺少的素质,而速度是最主要的素质。根据高校训练的特点,弄清短跑的性质和特点,选用合理的训练方法手段,能更有效地提高运动员的成绩。
This article talks about some feelings in the short-term training in the dash in general universities and colleges by talking Huang Qiong, a student, as example, whose results have been raised from 12.5 seconds to 12 seconds in the 100-meter race and from 26.8 seconds to 25.6 seconds in the 200-meter race. Dash is a typical limit speed event of high strength and no oxygen metabolism. Speed, high-speed strength and speed stamina are the necessary qualities in the dash, among which speed is the most important. According to the training characteristics in universities and colleges, finding out the matures and characteristics of the dash and choosing the sound training methods and means will improve a sprinter's results more effectively.
