摘要
针对体育中急性腰扭伤的特征，对发生损伤的原因与机理、症状与诊断、按摩处理方法及预防措施等方面进行了浅析。
The characteristics, cause and mechanism, symptom and diagnosis, treatment by massage and prevention measures of acute waist sprain were expound in this study.
