摘要
目的 观察家兔急性肠缺血时的血清酶及生化变化。方法 采用肠系膜动、静脉血管结扎法复制家兔急性缺血性肠病的模型,根据肠组织缺血的四个不同程度的缺血期,分别抽取外周静脉血,测定CPK、CKMB、LDH、LA、CRP和CO2CP的活性及其相应的变化规律。结果 CPK、CKMB、LDH、LA、CRP活性随肠缺血时间的延长、缺血程度的加重而逐渐升高,而CO2CP则不断下降,与对照组相比, P<0-01。结论 上述指标可作为急性肠缺血疾病早期诊断的新方法。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum enzyme level and biochemical indices in acute intestinal ischemia (AII) of rabbits. Methods Experimental animal models of AII were made by ligation of mesenteric arteries and veins on rabbits. The ischemic states were divided into 4 stages arbitrarily as initial(A, blood sampling immediately after ligation),mild(B),moderate(C)and severe(D).The serum level of CPK,CK MB,LA,LDH,CRP and CO 2CP of the experimental models at different stages and that of the controls were measured. Results The serum levels of CPK,CK MB,LA,LDH,CRP in experimental animal models were significantly increased (P<0 01),while the CO 2CP were decreased (P<0 01) as compared with that of control. Conclusion The above enzyme and biochemical indices may be useful for early diagnosis of AII.
