摘要
在光、机、电一体化的机器中,由于某种原因,引起光栅信号的畸变,使同步信号发生变化,从而使机器发生故障。本文给出一种同步信号的控制电路,用以克服上述缺点。
Because of some reason, the distortion of grating signal in machine with photo -electremechanical function is produced. The synchronous signal as a result of this is changed and the machine trouble is caused. A synchronous signal control circuit effeetively conquering this fault is presented in this paper.
