《研究报告:进入WTO的中国产业》由中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所和中国社会科学院研究生院共同立项与组织完成。余永定、郑秉文任主编,宋泓任副主编,社会科学文献出版社出版。该报告是集体研究的成果,除了中国社会科学院的研究人员外,各部委的几十个专家学者参与撰稿。本报告由导论和11个分报告组成,涵概了我国农业、纺织、钢铁、石油化工、机械、汽车、信息技术、电信服务和金融服务等9个产业部门的状况,以及进入WTO后所受影响和政策建议。导论部分有郑秉文、史寒冰等写作。经征得出版社和作者的同意,将部分内容摘登如下,以飨读者。

Editor's Note: The book 'China after Entry WTO', published by the Social Sciences Archive Publishing House, was the result of a joint research project between the Research Institute of Economics and Politics and the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Yu Yong Ding and Zheng Bing Wen served as the chief editors, and Song Hong Ren was the editor. This book reflected the combined efforts of many people. In addition to researchers from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, scores of experts and scholars from various government departments also contributed. This book consists of an introduction and 11 sub-reports. It sums up the current situation of agriculture, textile, iron and steel, petroleum and petrochemical, mechanical manufacturing, automobile, information technologies, telecommunication services, and financial services, explores the impact of WTO on each industry sector, and suggests due policies. The introduction was penned by Zheng Bing Wen and Shi Han Bing. We reprinted, with permissions from the publisher and authors, excerpts of this book to offer to our readers.
