The adjustment of our national economic development strategy to shift regional emphasis, China' expected entrance into WTO, reforms at state owned enterprises and the three gorges dam project all serve to bring historic opportunities to the city's foreign investment utilization. There are or will be many challenges ahead. We will focus on the flowing issues in the new century.
