摘要 将汽车工业建设成为国民经济的支柱产业,要走高起点、专业化、大批量生产的发展道路。最终要实现自主开发、自主销售、自主发展,成为具有国际竞争力的产业。 自主开发车型的关键环节之一,是按要求自主设计汽车生产设备,其中焊装生产线是重中之重。焊装线直接决定汽车生产的质量、生产率和经济性,是汽车生产中最重要的工序之一。 目前,国内从事焊装线的设计和制造的厂家有几十家,令业内人士刮目相看的是武汉宇信机械有限公司,其在设计技术方面远远地走在了国内前列。截至目前。 In 1993, Huzhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) of Wuhan joined force with Wooshin Systems of Korea to start the Huaxin Technologies (later known as Wooshin Mechanical). Huaxin aimed at combining the technological expertise of the Korean company with the intellectual talent pool of HUST to exploit China's market of automobile welding assembly line equipment. Huaxin grew stronger through technology imports and self-innovations. Their growth path can be divided into three steps.During the May of 1994, Huaxin sent their first batch of 5 technical personnel to receive training at Wooshin Systems in Korea. Upon completion of the training program, they brought back with them Huaxin's first design contract, the U/Body Line of U-100. The design work was successfully completed in December of that year. This is step one.From 1995 to 1996, Huaxin completed welding assembly line design work forWuhan Wantong's 'Grace' minivan, Yulin Diesel Engine's dynamic balance line, the M-100 experimental vehicle, Turkey's 'Grace' and W-car. Also completed independently the design of the laser fast prototyping machine. During this period, Huaxin sent four batches of technical professionals to receive training at Wooshin in Korea. While in Korea, they completed design work for many welding assembly lines, such as T-100, V-100, J-100, S-11, W-3, etc. This is step two.The December of 1996 saw Huaxin engaged in negotiation for the first major domestic designed welding assembly line. This is stage three, during which the emphasis is shifted completed to the domestic market. It was then that Huaxin started extensive research on the present situation of the domestic auto welding lines to explore the domestic market. During this stage, Huaxin completed the M-100 main line design, the S-2 welding assembly line design, and signed design contract EQ6480with the DongfengTruck Company. From 1998 to 1999, Huaxin experienced one good news after another: the completion of SL6700 for Dingzhou, the EQ1030N for Dongfeng, and the LB6700 for Hangzhou. Earlier 1999, Huaxin successfully competed and obtained the design contract with Haerbin Aerospace for the HF6330A line, which has an annual capacity of 70,000. The completion of this project won Huaxin praises and applauds from the Chinese National Aeronautics and Space Administration, who were very pleased with the fact that a Chinese company can design and install such high level automobile welding assembly lines.
