摘要
英语后进生一直是大学英语教学的一项难题。当前大学英语教学的现状表明,英语水平未能达到大纲要求的所谓"后进生"大有人在,这些后进生的智力并没有问题,而是由于缺乏学习兴趣、学习方法不当等原因造成的。大学英语教师应根据后进生形成的具体原因,从教师和学生的角度入手,特别是运用情感策略,提高师生情感因素,从而培养后进生的学习兴趣,使他们认真主动地学习英语。
Underachiever of English has been a difficult problem in college English teaching.The current status of English teaching shows that so-called "underachiever" failed to meet English proficiency requirements is existing,there is no problem in intelligence of them,but due to lack of interest in learning,and improper learning methods.English teachers should be based on the formation of the specific reasons for underachiever,from the perspective of teachers and students,especially use affective strategies to improve teacher-student emotional factors,in order to cultivate the learning interest of underachiever so that they seriously motivated to learn English.
