Rubidium acid phthalate (EAP) is an ionic organic polar crystal. In this paper, its dielectric property, DC-conductivities, P-E curve, as well as light transmission have been comprehensively studied and some qualitative explanabions have been conducted thereupon in accordance with the characteristics of its crystal structure.
