摘要
考试焦虑是学生意识到考试情境对自己具有某种潜在威胁时,产生的一种紧张的内心体验。这种体验受个体的认知评价、遗传素质和人格特征等身心因素的制约。考试焦虑会影响学生的考试成绩和身心健康。控制考试焦虑有“自信训练”、“放松训练”和“系统脱敏”等多种方法。
Test nervousness is inner experience that hits students when they realize some hidden threats resulting from test.The inner experience is conditioned by such physical and psychological factors as individual cognitive evaluation,inherent nature and personal feature.Test nervousness will spoil students test scores and harm their health physically and psychologically.There are such methods to control the anxiety mainly as assertive training,relaxation training,systematic desensitization.It's necessary to acquire these methods.
