As an important part in Chinese Academic Journals, college academic journal plays an active role in the socialist two civilization construction.It is a ever lasting theme for college academic journal to improve the quality.College academic journal should have good quality both in the contents and the appearances.In order to make full use of academic exchange,technology population and information service,college academic journal should attach importance to the image propoganda so as to realize the goal of “image for development and development for benefit.
