摘要
本文利用第一手资料，对内陆省区的经济欠发达直接影响地区高等教育的发展问题进行了分析。
Based on the first hand material on the affaction on the higher education in the less economically developed areas in inner provinces,this essay makes an analysis on the educational development and some suggestions on the reconstruction of college staff.
