高等师范院校学生的教学能力是其综合素质的集中体现，各门课程都应加以重视，学科教学法对之尤应着力培养。该课程的教和学所面临的困境决定了它必须对教学内容、课程结构和测评方法进行改革。要围绕教学能力的培养。

The teaching ability of the students in the teachers'colleges and universities is the centralized embodinment of their comprehensive qualities.And all the courses and the subject teaching methodology should attach great importance to it.The dilemma in teaching and learning of the present course has the reform made in the content of this course,the teaching method and channels and also gives full play to the students'initiative.At the same time ,it is also necessary to regulate the structure of this course and the ways of evaluation.In order to consolidate the students'capacity of teaching practice,the present course must,centering on the development of their teaching competence,rebuild the system of practice training by adopting such important aspects as micro teaching,simulated practice teaching,extracurricular activties and practice teaching in middle schools,etc.
