摘要
本文报道了30keV低能氮离子和氩离子在0~2×1016/cm2N+(Ar+)注入剂量范围内辐照胸腺嘧啶存活率的变化,二者均出现不同于射线等辐照时的线性或肩型曲线,而呈现一种新的变化趋势———“马鞍型”曲线.分析结果表明参与结构的质量沉积效应并不足以解释“马鞍型”
The dose effect of thymine with different dose in 30keV low energy N + and Ar + ions implantation was studied. A special dose effect, deviating from ray and other irradiation, of thymine both by N + ions implantation and by Ar + ions implantation is found. The results indicate that the mass deposit effect contributed to formation of the new construction has no enough evidence to explain the special dose effect.
