本文对计算机辅助设计和计算机网络在设计院的开发应用所存在的问题和对策进行了较全面的分析和阐述，并提出了较合理的建议。
This article analyses the problems of the development and application of the CAD and computer network in Design institute.It also provides the reasonable methods and suggestions to deal with these problems.
