摘要
目的：根据前臂筋膜血管网解剖特点，探讨修复手部创伤较完善的方法。方法：依据创面不同部位分别应用前臂尺侧、桡侧和背侧筋膜蒂皮瓣逆行修复手部软组织缺损肌腱或骨质外露21例。结果：21例皮瓣均完全成活，手都功能恢复，外现较满意。结论：运用前臂逆行筋膜蒂皮瓣修复手都创伤、不损伤主要血管，但不如单纯血管蒂皮瓣转移灵活，瘢痕较明显。
According to the anatomical feature of arm-up fascia vascular net, we discuss a better method to repair hand defect Methods: To repair 21 cases of hand soft tissue defect with muscular tendon or bone exposure using the ulna, radisus and back of arm-up of different sections of scar. Results: Skin-flaps of 21 cases all survived. Hand function reconstrred, and the appearance is satisfactory. Conclusion: This method doesn' t do harm to major blood-vessels, but it has clear scar
