摘要
目的：通过解剖学研究，寻求更简单的治疗上睑下垂的方法。方法：设计以颜肌眼轮匝肌筋膜瓣悬吊治疗上睑下垂。结果：共治疗18例，获得良好的效果。结论：额肌眼轮匝肌筋膜治疗上睑下垂方法简单，解剖层次浅，筋膜瓣滑距长，弹性好，悬吊确切可靠。
To research a more simple way to treat the blepharoptosis through anatomy study.Method: We designed a tongue-shaped frontalis-orbicular muscle fascia flap suspension to treat ble pharoptosis. Results: We have treated 18 patients, and all got satisfactory results. Conclusion: The way shows that the flap has some advantages such as long slide distance, good tension, shallow anatomical layer and exact suspension results.
