摘要
本文用灰色理论分析了房地产商品房销售问题,建立了相应的数学模型,并进行了分析。此外,对商品房销售的构成进行了灰色关联分析。
In this paper, we study Mathematical model about the marketing of property in the real ertate with grey system theory, building relate mathematics models and analysing these models. on the other hand, we analysis the compose of the marketing of the property with grey relational analysis.
