泵浦式脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣

TREATMENT OF PORT-WINE STAINS WITH THE FLASHLAMP-PUMPED PULSED DYE LASER

为了观察泵浦式脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣的效果，回顾性总结327例（女性227例，男性100例）的疗效。其中，22例，平均治疗16次，皮损减轻≥75%；41例，平均治疗2.2次，皮肤减轻50%－74%；182例，平均治疗12次，皮损减轻26%~49％；82例治疗，1次皮肤减轻，≤25%。副作用包括色素沉着、色素减退、出现疤痕，大部分副作用可自行消失。

Three handreds and twenty － Seven patients (227 fmals, 100mals) with Port Wine Stains were treated with the Flashlamppumped Pulsed Dye haser(585nm, 450us). The patients ranged in age from forty － days to 48 years (arerage, 12yr). More than/75%Ughting was achieved with an average of 2. 6 treatments in 22 patients－ and less than 25% lighting afer 1 treatment in 82. Eight patients had 100% clearence of the port － wine stains. Complication included hvperpigmentation. hypopigmentation and scar. Most of complication were transiant and disappeared comnpletely.
