阐述了雷电定位系统的原理、组成以及黑龙江省雷电定位系统的应用情况。试验证实雷电定位系统是保证电力系统安全运行的监测手段之一。
Expounds the operating principle and construction of Lightning Location System(LLS) and its application in Heilongjiang Province. Tests showed the lightning location system is one of the means to ensure safe operation of the power supply system.
