杨树溃疡病综合防治试验初报

Preliminary Study on The Integrated Control of Poplar Canker

笔者近年来对阜新地区杨树溃疡病的成因和综合防治技术进行了试验研究。基本摸清了阜新地区杨树溃疡病有五种类型，即杨树水泡型溃疡病Ｄｏｔｈｉｏｒｅｌｌａ ｇｒｅｇａｒｉａＳａｃｃ、杨树疡壳孢溃疡病Ｄｏｔｈｉｃｈｉｚａ ｐｏｐｕｌｅａ Ｓａｃｃ Ｂｒｉａｒｄ、杨树球二孢型溃疡病Ｂｏｔｒｙｏ－ｄｉｐｌｏｄｉａ ｐｏｐｕｌｅａ Ｚｈｏｎｇ、杨树烂皮病Ｃｙｔｏｓｐｏｒａ ｃｈｒｙｓｏｓｐｅｒｍ ａ（Ｐｅｒｓ．）Ｆｒ．、杨树拟茎点菌溃疡病Ｐｈｏｍ ｏｐｓｉｓｓｐ．；通过对杨树抗病优良品种的造林栽培试验，选出彰武小钻杨为抗病性最强的树种；对杨树溃疡病的防治筛选试验表明，５０％ 多菌灵、７０％ 甲基托布津２００倍液防治效果最好，防效达８０％ 以上；经采用造林综合技术措施（浸泡苗木４８ 小时、换客土、挖大穴、灌水、栽后喷药、管护等）栽植病苗，成活率高达９８％ 。

The paper deals with the types and the integrated control of poplar canker.There are 5 types of the disease including Dothiorella gregaria Sacc, Dothichiza populea Sacc Briard, Botryodiplodia populea Zhong, Cytospora chrysosperma (Pers.)Fr.and Phomopsis sp.The afforestation experiment showed that the poplar tree from Zhangwu(a county in Liaoning Province)is the most disease resistant,and the test for screening chemicals showed that carbendazim(50%)and thiophanate methyl(70%)had the highest control efficiency of over 80%.Treated with the integrated afforestation measures,the affected seedlings will have a high survival rate of 98%.
