摘要
应用随机引物(W,5′-CGGCCCCGGT-3′;x,5′GTAGTCACAC-3′;K,5′-CGGCCCCTGT-3′)对中蜂和西蜂(意大利蜂)的DNA基因组进行PCR扩增,结果获得不同数量和不同分子量的多态DNA图谱,从而为区分中蜂和西蜂的遗传性状奠定了分子生物学分类的基础。
Random primes(W,5′-CGGCCCCGGT-3′; X,5′-GTAGTCACAC-3′; K,5′-CGGCCCCTGT-3′) PCR amplified polymorphic DNA was used to investigate the genomic DNA of Chinese bee and Italian bee. The results showed that all products of amplification contained multiple brands, which differentiated the genetic properties of Italian bee.\;Key word: Chinese bee, Italian bee, Radom prime, Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) local conditions and take local advantages,strategy for developing timber base were pointed out.That is:in south and south-west Hunan large scale timber of Chinese fir and masson pine will be cultivated,at the hills of north Hunan foreign pines are mainly cultivated and around the Dongting Lake,poplar trees are developed.
