对定位精度高达2μm,又便捷装卸的瑞典3R和瑞士EROWA夹具结构原理的介绍,希望有助于解决长期困惑我国航空工业精密零件及工模具生产中解决长期困惑我国的高精度问题.
This paper introduces the principle of fixture structure of EROWA and 3R made in Switzerland and Sweden. Its positioning accuracy is 2μm and it can be easily assembled and disassembled. Owing to have solved the problem of high position accuracy, this fixture can be widely applicated in aviation precision parts and dies manufacture.
