用青霉菌丝体吸附重金属离子

Adsorption of Heavy Metals Using Penicilium chrysogenum biomass

摘要 研究了用青霉菌丝体吸附分离重金属离子(Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+),Zn^(2+))的特性,探讨了时间、pH值、菌丝体粒度、盐浓度、重金属离子浓度等对金属离子吸附性能的影响,并对国产大孔螯合树脂D-751、进口树脂CM Sephdex C-25及Prototype Gel的吸附性能进行了比较。青霉菌丝体对Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+),Zn^(2+)吸附容量分别可达93.36,48.25,64.30 mg/g(以干菌丝体计),吸附模型符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程。 Adsorption of heavy metals from aqueous solutions using Penicilliurn chrysogenurn biomass was studied. The results showed that time, pH, biomass concentration, salt concentration and heavy metal concentration had effects on adsorption. The adsorption ability of P. chrysogenum was compared with those of three other resins:D—751, CM Sephdex C—25 and Prototype Gel. The adsorption capacities of Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+),Zn^(2+) is 93.36, 48.25,64.3 mg/g dry biomass, and the transformations of adsorption equilibrium isotherms were fit for Langmuir model and Freundlich model.
