摘要
利用Gluconobacter Oxydans B-2菌株,进行了生产细菌纤维素的初步研究。结果表明:以葡萄糖为碳源,酵母膏为氮源,两者质量浓度分别是20 g/L和10g/L,种龄为36 h,接种量为4%~10%,发酵周期72 h,细菌纤维素的生产量为2 g/L。通过粗纤维测定法证实,细菌纤维素中粗纤维质量分数为72%;纤维素酶水解实验表明,细菌纤维素中纤维素质量分数为90%以上。
The bacterial cellulose producing strian named Gluconobactor oxydans B-2 was obtained from China traditional fermentation beverage. The optimum condition for bacterial cellulose as follows: glucose as carbon source, yeast extract as nitrogen source, age of inoculum of 36 h, inoculum size of 80%, incubated at 30℃ for 72 h. The characters of bacterial cellulose were studied.
