报道了高产木聚糖酶菌株——黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)固态发酵条件、粗酶制剂生产、酶的纯化及应用研究。
The condition of solid-state fermentation of xylanase high producer Aspergillus niger, the production of crude xylanase, the purification and application of xylanase were studied.
