摘要
对冬虫夏草多糖的组分组成、结构特性、理化性质、毒理学性质及药理活性进行了研究,确定了可作为保健食品中功能因子的虫草多糖的生产工艺。
The study on polysaccharide from cordyceps and their component,physical & chemical properties, structure property,and toxicologic & pharmacodynamic properties was carried on. The techonology of producing functional factor—polysacharides from cordyceps was determined.
