摘要
随着生物技术的发展,人们越来越注意到生物技术的潜在危害,通过科学家的自我约束、公众的舆论监督及政府的协调管理,尤其是通过制定合适的法津,确保生物技术向有利于人类的方向发展,并尽可能使其危害性减少到最低的程度。
With the development of biotechnology, people more and more pay attention to the potential danger of biotechnology. Biotechnology should be developed to the direction being beneficial to the human by self control of scientists, monitoring of the public comment, cooperation supervise of government, especially by developing the relative laws, and reduced its danger as low as possible.
