摘要
对挡板三角瓶在微生物培养中的应用进行了研究,结果表明,这种新型的三角瓶具有较高的溶氧性能,在回转式摇瓶柜上利用冷膜法进行测定,当装液量在30~50 mL时其溶氧系数(K_(la))可达1.20~1.80 L/h,比普通三角瓶提高2倍左右。应用于好气性微生物培养,溶氧水平有明显提高。利用挡板三角瓶进行核糖发酵和血栓溶酶发酵实验,可分别使核糖产量和血栓溶酶效价提高1倍左右。
The application of buffed flask made by us in oxybiotic fermentation was studied. According to measiurement the relevant volumntric oxygen transfer coefficients (K_(la)) in this kind of buffed flask by sulphurous salt method, the K_(la) increased two folds higher. It could be seen from the application of D-ri-bose and plasmine fernentation, the yield of D-ribose as well as the activity of plasmine increased about 1 ford respectively compared to using common flask in rotary shaker. The buffed flask was one of the measurements to imcrease the oxygen delivery rate for oxybiotic fermentation in laboratory.
