Data Acquisition and Monitoring System of Screw Pump Oil Production System Based on 80C552 Microcontroller

介绍一种以单片机８０Ｃ５５２ 为核心的螺杆采油泵自动测量数据采集系统。该系统对螺杆采油泵工作时的电流、传动杆的扭矩、电机转速、泵杆的转速及井口产液量的实时自动测量和数据采集，可以实时监测螺杆泵的工作状态，对危险情况及时地发出报警信号或自动关断电源，有效预防恶性事故的发生。

A data acquisition and monitoring system of screw pump oil production system based on 80C552 microcontroller is introduced,and can be used to gather the realtime data,such as current,torque of transmission rod,rotation speed of motor,rotation speed of pump rod as well as output quantity of liquid of oil well,automatically when the screw pump oil production system works.The system can also monitor the realtime working status of the screw pump rod and give the warning signal or automatically turn off power to prevent against serious accidents.
