论述了中、小声音文件的格式及合成播放大文件的方法 ,WAVE文件至少包括RIFF、FMT、PATA三个块 ,着重论述了其文件合成 ,并辅以程序代码。

Formats of medium and small audio files and the method of large file’s synthesis broadcast are expounded. At least, WAVE file includes three parts, RIFF, FMT and DATA and the synthesis file is described in detail. Program code is provided.
