宽颈种植体修复磨牙缺失的效果分析

Clinical utilization of wide-neck implant for molar loss

目的:观察宽颈种植体修复磨牙缺失的临床效果。方法:选择磨牙缺失3个月以上的患者38例,共植入ITI非埋置式大直径宽颈种植体50颗,分别于术后3、6、12、24个月复诊进行临床和X线检查。结果:50颗宽颈种植体植入并完成修复后随访2年期间,种植体无松动,牙龈无红肿、龈乳头丰满,邻接关系正常,X线片示垂直向牙槽骨吸收小于0.8mm,种植体行使功能正常,患者满意,成功率100%。结论:宽颈种植体修复磨牙缺失,能达到满意的稳定性和咀嚼效果,而且能获得良好的美学效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of wide-neck implants for molar loss.Methods： Thirty-eight patients with molar loss more than three months were selected,restored with 50 non-embedded-style large-diameter ITI wide-neck implant.Clinical and X-ray examinations were carried out after 3,6,12,24 months respectively.Results： Clinical analysis of 50 wide-neck implants with 2 years follow-up showed that implants were stable with normal adjacent relationship;interdental papillae were complete without gum swelling.X-ray examination revealed that the loss of vertical alveolar bone were not more than 0.8 mm.The achievement ratio for 2 years was 100%.Conclusion： Not only satisfactory stability and masticatory function,but also favorable aesthetic effect,were achieved by using wide-neck implants for molar loss.
