The Establishment of Employing MIT Method and FCM to Measure Mouse Lymphocyte Function and the Subcategory Quantity Method

建立了应用MTT法和FCM技术分别测定鼠淋巴细胞功能和T淋巴细胞亚类数量的方法。MTT法条件：ConA和LPS诱导剂量为20μg／ml，37℃作用48小时。MTT用量20μl，37℃作用4小时、FCM技术条件：抗鼠T淋巴细胞表面抗原CD4+、CD8+抗体用量0．1μg，4℃C作用1小时。通过实验表明两种方法确实可行，数据稳定可靠。

Set up the method of employing MTT and FCM technology to measure lymphocytefunction of the mouse and the subcategory Quantity respectively. The requirement of NITT method:the induced dosage of Con A and LPS is 20μg/ml, at 37℃ functioning 48 hours. The dosage of MTTis 20μl,at 37℃C functioning 4 hours. The requlrement of FCM technology: Anti ai mouse T lymphocytesurface antigen CD4+, CD8+. Antibody dosage 0.1μg, 4C functioning 1 hour- Experiments indicatedthat the two methods are practical. Data is stable and sound.
