Bi2S3纳米带的生物分子辅助水热合成

摘要 使用生物分子DL-甲硫氨酸辅助水热方法合成Bi2S3纳米带,产物的形貌与结构可通过改变实验参数进行调控。研究表明,硝酸铋和DL-甲硫氨酸在反应开始时的配位比为2:3,而且当反应物的摩尔比为2:3和反应温度为200℃时可合成直径为(80—200)nm、长度达(4—6)μm的正交相Bi2S3纳米带,其晶格常数为a=1.118 7 nm,b=1.107 5 nm,c=0.397 6 nm。基于实验研究结果,讨论了甲硫氨酸分子中的官能团与反应产物之间的联系并研究了其形成机理。 Bi2S3 nanoribbons were synthesized using a biomolecule DL-methionine assisted hydrothermal method.The morphology and structure of the products can be controlled by adjusting the reaction parameters.Uniform Bi2S3 nanoribbons with diameters of(80—200) nm and lengths of(4—6) μm can be controllably synthesized at 200 ℃ when the molar ratio of Bi(NO3)3 to DL-methionine in the synthesis system is 2:3.The products are orthorhombic Bi2S3 phase with cell constants as a=1.118 7 nm,b=1.107 5 nm,c=0.397 6 nm.On the basis of experimental data,the effect of the functional groups in the amphiphilic biomolecules on the formation of Bi2S3 nanoribbons is discussed.
