摘要
本文阐述了施工项目管理的根本思路;推行项目经理负责制是施工项目管理的内在依据;施工项目管理可以形成一种竞争性的环境和明确的施工经济责任制。
The base thoughts of construction project management are introduced in this paper. Executing the responsibilities of project manager is the key of project management. The authors present that project management may be formed a competive environment and decisive construction economic responsibility.
