摘要 为了提高突发公共安全事件的预警能力,增加有效的低空监视手段,中国电科第38所研制了一套可担任1 000 m以下低空领域安防监视任务的系留气球系统。介绍了该系留气球监视系统的基本原理、功能和组成,并对系统的关键技术进行了详细论述。通过对比国内外同类产品的性能参数,指出了该产品的技术特点和竞争优势。最后简要介绍了该产品在2010年上海世博会上的应用情况。 For improving warning capability of public safety events and enriching means of low-altitude surveillance,a tethered balloon system which is tasked with 1 000 meters low-altitude safety assurance and surveillance has been developed at 38th Research Institute of CETC.Fundamentals,functions and constitutions of the system were introduced,as well as a detailed illustration of key technologies.As compared with capabilities and characteristic of similar systems both at home and abroad,technical features and advantages are also elucidated.In the end section,a brief of the application of this system for Expo 2010 Shanghai is presented.
