The Current Situation and Countermeasures for the Utilization of Foreign Direct Investment in the Metallurgical Industry

本文对我国钢铁工业利用外商直接投资的现状和存在的问题进行了剖析，提出了利于钢铁工业利用外商直接投资健康有序发展的几点思考和建议。

Based on the analysis of the flow of international capital and the new characteristics and tendency for the utilization of foreign direct investment in China,the current situation and existed problems for the utilization of foreign direct investment in the metallurgical industry are discussed.A number of suggestions which would promote the utilization of foreign direct investment in the metallurgical industry to progress in a healthy and ordered manner are proposed.
