When a super shallow draft vessel tows or positions a drilling platform in shallow water,we must know the character of the shallow water bollard pull of the super shallow draft vessel; in order to make fully use of the tide condition and the capacity of itself to tow and locate the drilling platform. This paper presents the relative curves of draft vessel bollard pull in the different water depth,which provide the reference of ship design and shallow water operation.
