The Hosubstituted YBCO thin films were prepared with a single target by DCmagnetron sputterring technique. The properties of these thin films such as Tc and Jc were mainly affected by the deposition temperature Ts. The Jc values in all of the substituted films increased, with an optimal effect at x=04 at the 77 K and 03 T.
