室性早搏患者的心阻抗图分析

ANALYSIS OF IMPEDANCE CARDIOGRAM OF PATIENTS WITH VENTRICULAR PREMATURE BEATS

心阻抗图(ICG)能反映心脏泵血功能状态、心肌收缩力和心室顺应性等。作者采用心阻抗图对25例室性早搏患者进行了观查,发现在一次室性早搏后心肌收缩力明显加强,其中C-dz/dt、HI、SV、EF、SW明显增加,而PEP/LVET明显变小,Q-Z间期显著缩短。

Based on my investigation of impedance cardiogram of 25 cases who have ventricular premature beats,1 have found that after every ventricular premature beats the strength of heart muscle improves drastically.The index of C-dz/dt,HI,SV,EF,SW are significantly increased,while PEP/LVET is decreased and the duration of Q-Z interval is shorter.
