不同时期服用米非司酮对大鼠卵巢及于宫内膜的形态学影响

摘要 米非司酮作为一种孕酮拮抗剂,从前主要集中于抗早孕研究,近年来开始注意到它有可能成为一种新的避孕药。因此该药对性腺轴的影响已成为研究的热点。以往的研究主要是对志愿人群外周血性激素水平变化的研究。本文观察了卵泡期、黄体期给药后大鼠卵巢和子宫内膜形态变化。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 用雌性Wistar大鼠,体重200～250g。饲养1w后,于每日早晨7:00～8:
