Design and Implementation of a Radar Video Input Card

应用计算机技术设计的软硬结合型雷达显示系统比目前的纯硬件型系统具有更好的灵活性、更高的性价比和更广阔的应用前景。文中主要讨论了我们研制的雷达显示系统的硬件部分雷达视频输入卡的设计，重点论述了输入卡的技术难点及其解决方案。系统已投入实际使用，效果良好，证明输入卡的设计是成功的。

A radar display system with hardware and software using computer technologies is far much better than the current one in its general aspects of flexibility ratio of performance to cost, and application prospects. In this papef, we present the design of a radar video input card, the hardware portion of a radar display system, and deal with emphatically its critical technical points and the corresponding solutions. By its use in a real system, it shows that the design of the input card is available and satisfactory.
