摘要
运用特征造型、计算机仿真、并行工程、人工智能等新技术,提出了一种用于箱体类零件的、基于虚拟制造技术的CAD/CAPP/CAM 一体化的解决方案.分析表明,采用这一系统,在降低生产成本、缩短产品的设计制造周期的同时,可有效地提高产品质量.
By using many new techniques such as feature modeling,simulation,concurrent engineering,artificial intelligence etc,an integrated solution which is a VMT based CAD/CAPP/CAM integration system for box parts is presented. The results show that using this method not only can decrease the cost of product,shorten the production cycle time,but also improve the quality of product effectively.
