摘要
采用放射免疫法，测定４５例结肠癌患者血清白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）含量。结果发现：结肠癌患者血清ＩＬ－２水平明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），并且随肿瘤的恶性度增高及病情的加重，血清ＩＬ－２水平明显降低，手术后血清ＩＬ－２水平回升，与手术前比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：血清ＩＬ－２水平能够反映结肠癌患者的免疫状况，也可作为疗效观察的一项参考指标。
The levels of serum IL 2 in 45 cases of colonic carcinoma were measured by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that the level of serum IL in colonic cancer is much lower than that in normal group ( P <0.01).The level of serum IL 2 is dramaticaly low in the patients with advanced cancer,but the level of serum IL 2 raised soon after operation and revealed significant difference with that of preoperation ( P <0.01). All these suggest that the levels of serum IL 2 can present the immunological status in patients of colonic cancer,may reflect the conolition of these patients and can also be used as a good parameter for observing the effects of therapy.
