应用皮肤试验观察室内尘螨与儿童哮喘的关系

Observations on the Relationship Between Room Dust Mite and Child Asthma by Skin Test

应用皮肤试验的方法，探讨室内尘螨在儿童哮喘病因学中的地位。哮喘组１３６例，对照组７０例，用室内尘螨变应原作皮肤试验，以０．１％盐酸组织胺作阳性对照，变应原溶媒作阴性对照。结果：哮喘组尘螨皮肤试验阳性１１９例，阳性率８７．５％，对照组阳性率１１．４％（８例），χ２＝１６．６０２，Ｐ＜０．００５，有显著性差异，提示：室内尘螨与儿童哮喘关系密切，是其重要的致敏源之一。

To probe into the relationship between the room dust mite and childe asthma by skin test,136 cases in asthma group and 70 cases in control group were tested by skin test with room dust mite as allergen,and used 0.1% histamine hydrochloride as positive control.The results showed that the dust mite skin test of 119 cases in asthma group showed positive,the positive rate was 87.5%,that of control group was 11.4% (8 cases),χ 2=16.602, P<0.05 ,showing significant difference.This suggested that the dust mite was closely related to child asthma,beng one of the main sensitinogens.
